Use verified account controls for private exports and deletion requests.

Technical boundaries

Customer identity, subscription state, consent, delivery history and support cases belong to the private account system, not the public grant snapshot or editorial CMS. A public official-record download is not your account export.

Export or request deletion

Sign in recently, then open Your data. An accepted deletion request revokes sessions and keys and stops optional delivery. Financial relationships and safety suppression records remain subject to a distinct retention review; a pending request is not completed deletion.

Consent and billing are separate

Requesting sign-in does not opt you into marketing. Optional marketing and digest preferences can be changed in your account. Turning off email does not cancel billing. Billing cancellation does not erase retained corrections or required financial records.
